On September 30, CNTY’s subsidiary Ningxia Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. signed a 30-year Franchise Agreement for an Integrated Urban Service Project of Yuanzhou District in Guyuan City with Yuanzhou District Bureau of Law Enforcement of Guyuan City, authorized by Yuanzhou District People's Government of Guyuan City which was authorized by Guyuan Municipal People's Government.
