Following the corporate strategy, Zhangbei Yinghuan has formulated and effectively implemented the Fine Cleaning Program 2024 for the Urban Service Project, and the Quality Enhancement Program 2024 for the Grass Skyline Project. The management regularly goes to the front line and work with the team to identify any deficiencies, with targeted improvement measures defined accordingly; it is committed to improving service quality and setting up a fine, high-efficiency, and intelligent cleaning system; moreover, it further consolidates the achievements through a variety of initiatives, with strengthened assessment and management.
Various Measures to Lower Costs and Improve Efficiency
For effective personnel management, the company coordinates the deployment of personnel and vehicles in line with the "off-season" features of the Grass Skyline and Urban Service projects, so as to maximize the cost-effectiveness. In the management of consumables, it strictly controls the consumables supply process, and organizes regular repairing and maintenance of discarded garbage bins and tools, as well as the painting and renovation of waste containers and public toilets. As for operation management, it optimizes routes of operation, adjusts the placement of garbage bins in light of local conditions, and selects the nearest water-refilling spots for service vehicles.
Unremitting Commitments to Social Responsibility
Social responsibility has always been the key for Zhangbei Yinghuan to build up brand and show corporate commitments over the years. It has accepted on-site inspections from the provincial health promotion office and steering groups of city building for multiple times as a company representative in the county.
During this May, Zhangbei Yinghuan organized an outdoor cleaning campaign to improve the environmental hygiene of camping bases in Houhua and Habaqing villages in Tailugou Township. In June, the company visited the widows, orphans, the disabled, and the elderly in the community, bringing them flour, rice, cooking oil, and cleaning supplies, and cleaning up rooms for the disabled.
In addition, through active communication with relevant authorities and enterprises, Zhangbei Yinghuan has delivered diverse supplies to sanitation workers, including food, bottled water, rain- and cold-protection tools, and communications discounts. During traditional holidays, the company invites widows, orphans and sanitation workers whose children are not with them to come to the company, and make dumplings and dine together, reaping loads of sweet memories and joys. Such acts have deeply touched employees, and further stimulated their passion for work.
Continuous Dedication to New Horizons
The year 2024 is a critical year for the re-tendering of the Grass Skyline Project. Zhangbei Yinghuan has organized two task forces to carry out centralized cleaning along the Grass Skyline. Since the kick-off of the tourism season, it has been delivering services in strict accordance with the Quality Enhancement Program, and established and been improving its service mode that integrates manual and vehicular operations for better white garbage control, with excellent performance in multiple national-level and provincial-level inspections.
Zhangbei Yinghuan's unremitting efforts have been recognized by the party committee and government of the county and the leadership of the Grass Skyline Project. In early June, it successfully won the bid for the third three-year service contract of this Project.
