Under the theme of "Strengthening Mutually Beneficial Cooperation for a Shared Future", the symposium examined the potential, strengths and needs for cooperation of China and Vietnam in various sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, digital economy, banking and finance, in alignment with the developmental trajectories of both nations and global trends. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh noted that economic collaboration between the two nations has not yet reached the commendable levels seen in their political relationship, indicating substantial potential and room for enhanced economic partnerships, particularly in new energy. Premier Li Qiang underscored the robust political mutual trust and confidence in bilateral cooperation, asserting significant potential and capacity for growth in economic and trade relations. He encouraged businesses from both countries to seize these opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and contribute to shared progress.

As a pioneering environmental protection and new energy enterprise investing in Vietnam, CNTY has made positive contributions to Vietnam's urban habitat environment and high-quality economic and social progress, garnering high affirmation and support from leaders across China and Vietnam, as well as various sectors. Taking its Waste-to-Energy Power Generation Project in Hanoi (4,000 tons/day) as a benchmark, CNTY has been actively advancing the high-quality construction and operation of multiple WtE projects in Phu Tho and Thanh Hoa in recent years. Additionally, CNTY has been expanding its investment portfolio and diversifying its business operations. By leveraging its robust industrial strengths, cutting-edge technologies, and exceptional management capabilities accumulated in the green energy sector, it is further contributing to the sustainable development in Vietnam.

Going forward, CNTY will continue to actively practice the Belt and Road initiative, and deeply engage in the environmental protection and new energy sectors in Vietnam. It aims to expand the investments across the industrial chain within the country, and transform its first-mover advantages into competitive strengths. This is expected to generate more momentum for high-quality development, contributing greater green power to the sustainable economic and social progress of both China and Vietnam and facilitating the construction of a community with a shared future.

Cao Debiao, CNTY Party Secretary and CEO, along with Li Aijun, Vice President and General Manager of the Vietnam Sector, held close exchanges with attendees from the relevant ministries and commissions of both governments, as well as business leaders from both nations.
